摘要
对中速磨煤机的主要参数进行相关性分析,选取相关性较强的磨碗差压作为动态分离器的被控量。在此基础上,利用磨煤机出口风压与进口一次风压的比值这一磨煤机堵塞趋势参数对动态分离器自动控制进行前馈修正,有效防止磨煤机堵塞情况的发生。实践证明,动态分离器采用该控制策略后,锅炉效率得到了提升,同时锅炉对煤种变化和负荷变化的适应能力得到了改善。
The correlation analysis is conducted on key parameters of medium-speed coal mills,and the highly correlated mill bowl differential pressure is selected as the controlled variable for the dynamic separator.On this basis,the ratio of coal mill outlet air pressure to inlet primary air pressure,which is a blockage tendency parameter,is used to perform feedforward correction on the automatic control of the dynamic separator,thereby preventing mill blockage.The practice demonstrates that the boiler efficiency is improved,and the adaptability of the boiler to coal type and load variation is enhanced after adopting this control strategy for the dynamic separator.
