摘要
针对备自投无法准确区分保护跳闸和断路器偷跳导致异常动作的问题,提出一种逻辑优化方案。结合断路器位置和线路电压判据,保护跳闸时采用延时跟跳策略,偷跳时采用快速合闸恢复供电策略。该方案有效解决了备自投与保护配合的矛盾,既保证了故障的可靠隔离,又缩短了非故障情况下的供电恢复时间,提升了备自投动作的准确性和适应性,对提高电网运行的可靠性具有重要意义。
To address the abnormal operation of automatic bus transfer equipment caused by the inability to accurately distinguish between protection tripping an unintentional circuit breaker tripping,an optimized logic scheme is proposed.By integrating breaker position and line voltage criteria,a delayed follow-up tripping strategy is implemented for protection tripping events,while a fast reclosing strategy is activated for unintentional tripping events to restore power supply.This scheme effectively resolves coordina⁃tion conflicts between automatic bus transfer equipment and protection.The reliable fault isolation is ensured,and the power resto⁃ration time under non-fault conditions is reduced.The accuracy and adaptability of automatic bus transfer equipment operation are enhanced,which is of great significance to improve the reliability of power grid operation.
