摘要
针对在同一变电站中使用多个设备厂的保护和备用电源自动投入装置(简称备自投),在使用中可能出现不匹配的情况,通过对2家主要保护生产厂的保护和备自投装置的分析,说明了备自投的动作原理,论述了使用过程中出现的问题和改进的方法:备自投放电条件、备自投出口跳闸回路的接入位置、备自投分段断路器位置的接入等问题。为保证备自投的可靠动作,应将备自投接入永跳或保护跳闸回路;为保证控制回路可靠、指示准确,分段断路器采用操作回路自身的位置接点,不单独引入位置接点开入。
Mismatching may occur in a substation with the protection relays and automatic bus changeover from different manufactures. By analyzing the devices produced by two main manufactures, the principles of automatic bus changeover are explained and the problems appeared in applications are discussed, the discharge condition, the wiring of outlet trip circuit and section breaker. The countermeasures are put forward: the automatic bus changeover should be connected to the second trip or protection trip circuit to ensure reliable action and the section breaker to the operation circuit itself to ensure reliable control and indication.
