摘要
大型科研仪器是进行科技创新的重要物质基础,其开放共享水平对于提升区域科研创新能力、优化科技资源配置、发展新质生产力具有重要意义。通过深入分析江西省大型科研仪器开放共享现状和成效,揭示大型科研仪器在开放共享过程中存在的部门协同机制不畅、激励机制缺乏、信息平台建设滞后、绩效评价体系不完善等问题。据此,提出加强部门协同合作、强化激励机制、加强信息平台建设、完善绩效评价体系等对策建议,以期提升江西省大型科研仪器开放共享水平。
Large-scale scientific research instruments are an important material foundation for scientific and technological innovation.Their open sharing is of great significance for improving regional scientific research and innovation capabilities,optimizing the allocation of scientific and technological resources,and developing new quality productive forces.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation and achievements of the open sharing of large-scale scientific research instruments in Jiangxi Province.Then it reveals problems in the open sharing process,such as poor inter-departmental coordination mechanisms,lack of incentive mechanisms,lagging development of information platforms,and imperfect performance evaluation system.Accordingly,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,including strengthening inter-departmental collaboration,enhancing incentive mechanisms,accelerating the development of information platforms,and optimizing the performance evaluation system,hoping to improve the open sharing of large-scale scientific research instruments in Jiangxi Province.
