摘要
以扫描电子显微镜为代表的大型科研仪器是推动高校学科发展的关键力量,是开展高质量实验教学的宝贵资源。为提高扫描电子显微镜在本科创新人才培养中的作用,丰富植物学本科实验教学内容,选取蕨类植物蜈蚣草为观察案例,研究设计出一套涵盖实验原理阐释、电镜制样、操作步骤及植物微细结构表面形貌准确表述等环节的实验教学方案。该实验设计能让本科生深入认识扫描电子显微镜,切实提升学生的操作技能,加深对植物学相关知识的理解,激发学生探索植物微观世界的兴趣与创新思维,为培养引领未来创造性人才奠定基础。
Large-scale scientific research instruments represented by scanning electron microscopy are a key force in promoting the development of disciplines in universities and a valuable resource for carrying out high-quality experimental teaching.In order to improve the role of scanning electron microscopy in the cultivation of undergraduate innovative talents and enrich the undergraduate experimental teaching content of botany,the fern Pteris vittata was selected as an observation case,and a set of experimental teaching plans covering the explanation of experimental principles,electron microscope sample preparation,operation steps and accurate expression of plant microstructure surface topography.This experimental design can allow undergraduate students to have a deep understanding of scanning electron microscopy,effectively improve students'operating skills,deepen their understanding of botany related knowledge,stimulate students'interest and innovative thinking in exploring the microworld of plants,and lay a foundation for cultivating creative talents to lead the future.
