摘要
计算机与人工智能技术的升级为智慧警务提供了前沿技术支持,同时也催化了警务理念的转型。智慧警务的发展不仅克服了数据共享过程中的地域壁垒与部门数据孤岛难题,还能使公安民警借助大模型的数据分析能力来预判风险,并快速作出由数据支撑的精准决策,从而提高警务效率。公安机关新质战斗力与新质生产力一脉相承,体现出战斗工具新、战斗理念新、战斗机制新等特征。通过强化智慧警务技术支撑、推动智慧警务机制创新、加强智慧警务人才培养、深化智慧警务公众参与等方式,能够使智慧警务充分发挥其驱动智能决策、增强协同作战能力、优化公共服务供给等功能,切实提升数字时代的公安机关新质战斗力。
The upgrade of computer and artificial intelligence technology provides cutting-edge technological support for intelligent policing,while also catalyzing the transformation of policing concepts.The development of smart policing not only overcomes geographical barriers and departmental data silos in the process of data sharing,but also enables police officers to use the data analysis capabilities of big models to predict risks and make accurate data-driven decisions quickly,and thus to improve policing efficiency.The new quality combat effectiveness of public security organs is in line with the new quality productivity,reflecting the characteristics of new combat tools,new combat concepts,and new fighter aircraft systems.By strengthening the technical support of smart policing,promoting innovation in smart policing mechanisms,enhancing the training of smart policing talents,and deepening public participation in smart policing,smart policing can fully leverage its functions of driving intelligent decision-making,enhancing collaborative combat capabilities,optimizing public service supply,and effectively enhancing the new quality combat effectiveness of public security organs in the digital age.
