摘要
红色文化具有推动中国特色社会主义文化建设的重要作用,是中国共产党历经艰难取得胜利的符号与象征,已成为中华民族共同的文化记忆。在数智时代,红色文化记忆由固定存储转向数智化传播。多种资源互补、多种媒体连通、开放式构建等数智技术的赋能,为红色文化记忆传承提供了技术支撑。然而,实践中出现的自动化生成、唯流量论导向、多主体交互失衡等问题,也制约着红色文化记忆的传承实效,导致信息片面化、气质庸俗化、影响边缘化等风险频现。因此,要实现红色文化记忆的数智化传承,一是强化内容整合。发挥政府主导作用,建立统一数据库整合分散的红色文化资源,打破“信息孤岛”,充分利用社交媒体平台开展跨平台联动,增强内容传播力与用户参与感。二是推动协同共创。坚持党的领导,完善顶层设计,制定技术安全与伦理规范,在政府统筹资源基础上,鼓励公众、企业、教育机构等多方力量协同参与,共同构建开放包容的数字化传承生态。三是深化技术革新。积极运用5G、VR/AR等前沿技术打造沉浸式体验场景,推动红色IP与数字游戏、文旅产业等深度融合,实现文化资源的产业化创新应用。
Red culture plays an important role in promoting the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.It is the symbol and symbol of the CPC's victory through difficulties,and has become the common cultural memory of the Chinese nation.In the era of digital intelligence,the memory of red culture has shifted from fixed storage to digital dissemination.The empowerment of digital intelligence technologies such as multiple resource complementarity,multiple media connectivity,and open construction provides technical support for the inheritance of red cultural memory.However,problems such as automated generation,traffic oriented approach,and imbalanced multi-party interaction that arise in practice also constrain the effectiveness of the inheritance of red cultural memory,leading to frequent risks such as one-sided information,vulgar temperament,and marginalized influence.Therefore,to achieve the digitization and inheritance of red cultural memory,one is to strengthen content integration.Give full play to the leading role of the government,establish a unified database to integrate scattered red cultural resources,and break the"information island";At the same time,make full use of social media platforms to carry out cross platform linkage,enhance content dissemination and user engagement.The second is to promote collaborative co creation.Adhere to the leadership of the Party,improve top-level design,and formulate technical safety and ethical standards;On the basis of government resource coordination,encourage the collaborative participation of the public,enterprises,educational institutions and other parties to jointly build an open and inclusive digital inheritance ecosystem.The third is to deepen technological innovation.Actively utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as 5G and VR/AR to create immersive experience scenarios,promoting the deep integration of red IP with digital gaming,cultural and tourism industries,and realizing the industrial innovation and application of cultural resources.
