摘要
高精度双半内圈三点接触球轴承的双半内圈分离时,钢球不允许从保持架内径方向掉出,保持架与钢球、外圈装配后组合为一体。通常装球时需使用外力将钢球逐粒压入兜孔,装配效率低,钢球易划伤,装配质量不稳定,因此设计了一套包含装球垫、定位工装以及芯轴的装配工装,操作一次即可完成一件镀银保持架兜孔的扩孔工作或一套轴承的装球工序,装配效率提升了10倍,同时提高了装球质量和降低了劳动强度。
When the two piece inner rings of high-precision three-point contact ball bearings are separated,the steel balls are not allowed to fall out from inner diameter direction of cages.The cage,steel balls and outer ring are assembled as an integrated unit.Typically,the steel balls are pressed into pockets one by one using external force during ball-loading,resulting in low assembly efficiency,susceptibility to ball scratching and unstable assembly quality.Therefore,a set of assembly tooling is designed,including ball-loading pad,positioning tooling and core shaft.One operation can complete the reaming of a silver plated cage pocket or ball loading process of a bearing.As a result,the assembly efficiency is increased by 10 times,while the ball-loading quality is improved and the labor intensity is reduced.
