陀螺电机角接触球轴承温度场分析

摘要 针对航天飞行器制导陀螺电机角接触球轴承保持架高温失效的问题,基于滚动轴承动力学原理建立轴承摩擦功耗微分方程组,结合ANSYS有限元温度场仿真分析,分析了轴承转速、预紧力、保持架兜孔间隙、引导间隙、沟曲率半径系数等参数,对轴承摩擦功耗及温度的影响。结果表明,预紧力的增大会导致轴承组件温度的升高;转速的增加,会导致轴承组件的升温更明显。增大内、外沟曲率半径系数能够降低轴承组件的温度,内沟曲率的变化对轴承组件的温度影响更大,当内沟曲率半径系数为0.53时轴承组件温度最低;增大保持架兜孔间隙,能够有效的降低保持架的温度,在兜孔间隙达到0.04mm时,轴承保持架的温度趋于稳定;增大轴承保持架的引导间隙能够有效的降低轴承组件的温度。 The study aims to address the high-temperature failure of the cage in angular contact ball bearings for gyro motors in aerospace vehicles.The differential equations of bearing friction power consumption are established based on the dynamics theory of rolling bearings.Combined with ANSYS finite element temperature field simulation,the paper analyzes the effects on bearing friction power consumption and temperature of the parameters including bearing rotational speed,preload,cage pocket clearance,guide clearance,and raceway curvature radius coefficient.The results show that an increase in preload leads to a rise in temperature of bearing components.Higher rotational speeds cause more pronounced temperature increases in the bearing assembly.Increasing the inner and outer raceway curvature radius coefficients can reduce the temperature of the bearing components,and changes in the inner raceway curvature have a greater impact.The lowest bearing component temperature occurs when the inner raceway curvature radius coefficient is 0.53.Increasing the cage pocket clearance can effectively lower the cage temperature,which tends to stabilize when the pocket clearance reaches 0.04 mm.Enlarging the bearing cage guide clearance can effectively reduce the temperature of the bearing assembly.
