摘要
为探究三点接触球轴承刚度特性,针对某型船用燃气轮机动力涡轮后支承使用的三点接触球轴承,在考虑轴向力影响的情况下,运用数值方法求解并分析了运行工况横向载荷和转速以及结构参数滚动体个数和垫片角对轴承刚度特性的影响规律。结果表明:轴向力对轴承的刚度影响显著,随着轴向力增大,轴承横向刚度减小,轴向刚度增大;横向刚度随横向力与滚动体个数增大而增大;轴向刚度随内圈转速、滚动体个数与垫片角增大而增大;轴向刚度对横向载荷影响不明显。
In order to explore the stiffness characteristics of three point contact ball bearing,a three point contact ball bearing is applied to pedestal a certain marine gas turbine in this study. Considering the function of axial load,the effects of operational conditions(lateral load and rotational speed)and structural parameters(roller numbers and washer angle)on characteristic of bearing stiffness are analyzed,and the change rules of these effects on bearing static stiffness of three point contact ball bearing are calculated with numerical method. The results indicate that the axial force has a remarkable influence on stiffness. As the axial force increases,the lateral stiffness decreases,but the axial stiffness shows the positive relationship with the axial force and increases accordingly. Lateral stiffness increase along with the increase of lateral load and number of rollers. With the increase of rotational speed of inner ring,roller numbers and washer angle,the axial stiffness is increasing.
