水润滑轴承材料PEEK改性摩擦磨损研究进展

摘要 聚醚醚酮(PEEK)作为一种高性能工程塑料,因其卓越的力学性能、耐磨性以及在水润滑条件下的出色表现,已被广泛用作水润滑轴承材料。概述了使用水润滑轴承的必要性和PEEK的应用范围,阐述了填充改性、聚合物共混改性和多元填料共混改性PEEK复合材料轴承摩擦磨损性能,改性后的摩擦磨损性能得到提高,指出如何进一步探讨PEEK改性方法,如何优化复合材料的组成和制备工艺是PEEK作为改性水润滑轴承材料在摩擦学性能方面需要进一步研究的方向。 Polyetheretherketone(PEEK),recognized as a high-performance engineering plastic,is widely used for water lubricated bearings due to its superior mechanical properties,wear resistance and excellent performance in water lubricated environments.The necessity of using water lubricated bearings and the application scope of PEEK are briefly described.The effects of filling modification,polymer blending modification and multi-filler blending modification on friction and wear performance of PEEK composite bearings are elaborated,demonstrating improved friction and wear performance after modification.The directions for further research on PEEK as modified water lubricated bearing material in terms of tribological performance include how the modification methods of PEEK can be further explored,and how the composition and preparation process of composite material can be optimized.
