摘要
将工程塑料聚醚醚酮(PEEK)与等离子喷涂氧化锆(ZrO2)、不锈钢(2Cr13)和激光熔覆耐蚀合金三种不同的材料组配,通过在摩擦磨损模拟试验机上的试验,得出了相应的摩擦磨损特征量与试验条件之关系,并对磨损后的表面做了微观分析,给出不同材料副的摩擦磨损形成机理.研究发现在水介质中,PEEK与激光熔覆耐蚀合金组配时表现出较好的摩擦学性能,主要磨损机理是微观机械切削;而陶瓷涂层与PEEK副在本实验条件范围内磨损量较大.
By experiments on a simulation friction and wear test rig, the relationship between Polyetheretherketone's (PEEK) wear and experimental condition was obtained for combination with three different materials such as plasma sprayed ZrOe, stainless steel combination (2Cr13) and laser clad combination. Further study on the wear mechanisms were made through microanalysis of the worn surfaces. It was found that satisfactory tribological characteristics are available for PEEK and laser clad combination, and the main wear mechanism is micro mechanical cutting, whereas the wear volume for PEEK, when being mated with plasma sprayed ZrOz, is comparatively higher as the experimental conditions in this study are concerned.
