摘要
赣州市作为赣粤闽湘四省边际区域中心城市,其文化产业高质量发展对区域经济转型升级具有重要意义。该研究针对当前存在的产业结构传统化、资源整合不足等发展瓶颈,提出“三维驱动”发展路径:通过智能技术赋能红色文旅智慧化建设,实现数字化升级;构建“文化+科技/旅游/生态”的跨界融合模式,重点发展竹产业代塑工程等绿色业态;创新“一事一议”政策机制与社会资本引入模式。研究结论表明,以新质生产力驱动文化资源转化,建立多部门协同治理体系,是赣州实现文化产业高质量发展的关键路径,可为同类地区提供实践参考。
As the central city of the marginal regions of Jiangxi,Guangdong,Fujian,and Hunan provinces,Ganzhou City's high-quality development of cultural industries is of great significance for regional economic transformation and upgrading.Focusing on the current development bottlenecks such as traditional industrial structure and insufficient resource integration,this study proposes a"three-dimensional driven"development path:empowering the intelligent construction of red cultural tourism through intelligent technology to achieve digital upgrading;building a cross-border integration model of"culture+technology/tourism/ecology",with a focus on developing green formats such as bamboo industry plastic engineering;innovating the policy mechanism of"one case,one discussion"and the mode of introducing social capital.The research conclusion shows that driving the transformation of cultural resources with new quality productivity and establishing a multi departmental collaborative governance system are the key paths for Ganzhou to achieve high-quality development of cultural industries,which can provide practical references for similar regions.
