摘要
采用正交试验设计,探究熔喷工艺参数(熔体温度、接收距离、空气压力等)对高阻隔性熔喷无纺布的拉伸性能及其过滤效率的影响规律。结果表明,熔喷工艺参数对材料性能具有显著影响,其中熔体温度为核心影响因素,为优化高阻隔性熔喷无纺布生产工艺提供了参考依据。
The mechanical properties and filtration efficiency of high-barrier melt-blown nonwoven fabric,the influence of melt-blown process parameters(melt temperature,receiving distance,air pressure,etc.)on its tensile properties and filtration efficiency was analyzed by orthogonal experimental design.Results showed that melt-blown process parameters had a significant effect on the material properties,among which the melt temperature was the core influencing factor.The findings provide a reference basis for opti⁃mizing the production process of high-barrier melt-blown nonwoven fabric.
