江苏高职院校毕业生留苏就业意愿的提升策略研究

Research on Strategies to Enhance the Willingness of Graduates from Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province to Seek Employment in Jiangsu

摘要 江苏高职院校毕业生留苏就业意愿的提升对支撑区域现代产业体系建设具有战略意义。分析表明,生源地偏好、产教融合深度、职业发展保障及公共服务水平是就业意愿的核心影响因素。建议实施四维策略:强化政策宣传引导、构建职业发展支持体系、优化公共资源配置机制、打造协同发展良好生态。通过精准匹配区域产业需求与人才供给结构,显著提升江苏高职院校毕业生留苏就业率,为江苏高质量发展提供稳定的技术技能人才支撑。 Enhancing the willingness of graduates from higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu to seek employment within Jiangsu is of strategic significance for supporting the development of regional modern industrial system.Analysis reveals that place-of-origin preferences,depth of industry-education integration,career development guarantees,and public service quality are the core influencing factors.A four-pronged strategies of enhancing publicity and guidance of retention policies,constructing career development support systems,optimizing public resource allocation mechanisms,and cultivating a collaborative development ecosystems are recommended.By precisely aligning regional industrial needs with talent supply composition,this approach significantly increases local employment retention rates of graduatos from higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu thereby providing stable technical and skilled talent for Jiangsu′s high-quality development.
