摘要
为满足国内纺黏法及熔喷法聚丙烯(PP)无纺布生产厂家对专用树脂的使用要求,在现有丙纶级PP树脂产品的基础上,采用化学降解的方法研制开发了纺黏法PP无纺布专用树脂71540和熔喷法PP无纺布专用树脂71760。测试结果表明,2种专用树脂的性能指标达到或超过现有的一些国内产品。研制的专用树脂在无纺布生产厂家进行应用试验,反映良好。
Speciality polypropylene （PP） resins for spun-bonded non-woven fabrics （grade 71540） and melt-blown non-woven fabrics （grade 71760） were developed respectively by chemical degradation method on the basis of existing fiber grade PP resin, aiming at satisfying the application requirements of the domestic non-woven fabrics manufacturers. The testing results indicate that the two performance indexes of some of the existing domestic products. speciality PP resins come up to or exceed Positive assessments on the speciality PP resin＇s properties are given by the downstream customers in accordance with their satisfactory application experiments.
