摘要
目的:利用CiteSpace可视化文献分析软件对我国儿科药学门诊发表的相关文献进行研究,分析与讨论我国儿科药学门诊的发展进程和相关热点问题。方法:以中国知网为文献来源数据库,检索式为“主题=药学门诊or药师门诊or药物门诊or药物咨询门诊or医师药师联合门诊”and“儿科”,检索从建库到2024年5月的文献,经过纳入标准和排除标准筛选并进行数据提取,导入CiteSpace绘制可视化知识图谱,对作者、机构、发文量、关键词等关键节点的知识图谱进行分析与讨论。结果:最终纳入文献40篇,儿科药学门诊领域整体发文量较少且分散。关键词共现分析显示,前3名的高频关键词是“儿科”“合理用药”“药学服务”。关键词聚类分析表明有6个有效聚类。关键词突现分析得到20个突现词。关键词时区图分析显示“用药实践”“合理应用”“调查研究”是我国儿科药学门诊领域近年来关注和发展的热点。结论:当前我国儿科药学门诊领域发展缓慢,且广度与深度不够,有待提升发展空间。
Objective:To analyze the relevant literature published in pediatric Pharmacist-Managed Clinics in China based on the CiteSpace visual literature analysis software,and to discuss the development process and key hotspots of pediatric Pharmacist-Managed Clinics in China.Methods:Based on the source database of the China National Knowledge Infrastructure,combined with search terms of“subject=pharmacy clinics or pharmacist clinics or drug clinics or drug consultation clinics or combined clinics of physicians and pharmacists”and“pediatrics”,the literature from the establishment of the database to May 2024 were searched.After data screening and extracting,the CiteSpace software was used to create a visual knowledge map,with the key nodes such as authors,institutions,quantity of published articles and keywords analyzed and discussed.Results:A total of 40 literature were included.The overall number of articles published in the field of pediatric Pharmacist-Managed Clinics were relatively small and scattered.Keyword co-occurrence analysis showed that the top three high-frequency keywords were“pediatrics”“rational drug use”“pharmaceutical care”.The keywords were clustered into 6 categories,with 20 onburst keywords.Time zone map analysis of keywords showed that the relevant hotspots in pediatric Pharmacist-Managed Clinics in China were“pharmaceutical practice”“rational use”“investigation and study”in recent years.Conclusion:Currently,the development of pediatric Pharmacist-Managed Clinics in China is slow,with inadequate scope and depth,needing further improvement.
