2004-2023年肝细胞癌与细胞凋亡研究的文献计量及可视化分析

摘要 目的揭示肝细胞癌与细胞凋亡研究领域的研究热点分布情况,并进一步推测该领域未来的发展趋势。方法使用Web of Science核心数据集(WOSCC)科学引文索引拓展版(SCIE)的主题检索式检索2004年1月1日-2023年12月31日有关肝细胞癌与细胞凋亡研究的相关文献,并在Excel 365、CiteSpace、VOSviewer和Charticulator中进行文献计量学及可视化分析。结果共纳入5761篇文献,2004-2023年肝细胞癌与细胞凋亡的相关研究年发文量及年被引频次呈上升趋势,其中2018年以后发文量与被引频次激增。发文量最多的国家、机构和作者分别是中国、浙江大学和Li Y。共被引次数排在前3的作者分别是Llovet JM、Finn RS和Dixon SJ。发文最多的期刊是Frontiers in Oncology;被引频次最高的期刊是Hepatology;共被引频次最高的期刊Journal of Biological Chemistry。施引期刊主要来自Medicine(药物学)、Medical(医学)、Clinical(临床)、Molecular(分子)、Biology(生物学)和Immunology(免疫学)等领域,这些领域构成研究前沿;被引期刊主要来自于Molecular(分子)、Biology(生物学)、Genetics(遗传学)、Health(健康)、Nursing(护理学)和Medicine(药物学)等领域,这些领域构成研究基础。共被引频次排在首位的参考文献是“Sorafenib in Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma”。关键词聚类分析可分为5类,分别是肝细胞癌的治疗及其预后生存相关的研究领域、细胞凋亡及其相关的作用机制的研究领域、癌症细胞中基因的表达水平及其生物学行为的研究领域、细胞自噬及其实现机制的研究领域和细胞死亡、铁死亡及其相关机制的研究领域。免疫治疗、索拉非尼、肿瘤微环境、免疫检查点抑制剂和巨噬细胞等关键词未来会成为肝细胞癌与细胞凋亡研究相关的热点与前沿。结论未来肝细胞癌与细胞凋亡研究领域的发文量和文献被引频次将继续增长。免疫治疗、索拉非尼、肿瘤微环境、免疫检查点抑制剂、巨噬细胞、铁死亡、细胞焦亡和铜死亡等未来会成为肝细胞癌与细胞凋亡研究相关的热点与前沿。 Objective To reveal the distribution of research hotspots in the field of hepatocellular carcinoma and apoptosis,and to further speculate the future development trend.Methods The related literatures on hepatocellular carcinoma and apoptosis from January 1,2004 to December 31,2023 were searched by using the subject retrieval method of Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC)Science Citation Index Expanded Edition(SCIE),and bibliometrics and visual analysis were carried out in Excel 365,CiteSpace,VOSviewer and Charticulator.Results A total of 5761 documents were included in this study.From 2004 to 2023,the annual publication volume and annual citation frequency of research on hepatocellular carcinoma and apoptosis showed an upward trend,and the number of publications and citations increased sharply after 2018.The countries,institutions and authors with the largest number of publications were China,Zhejiang University and Li Y,respectively.The top three co-cited authors were Llovet JM,Finn RS and Dixon SJ.Frontiers in Oncology was the journal with the most publications;the most cited journal was Hepatology;the journal with the highest co-citation frequency was Journal of Biological Chemistry.The cited journals were mainly from the fields of Medicine,Medical,Clinical,Molecular,Biology and Immunology,which constitute the research frontier.Quoted journals were mainly from the fields of Molecular,Biology,Genetics,Health,Nursing and Medicine,which constitute the basis of research.The most frequently cited reference was“Sorafenib in Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma”.Keyword clustering analysis could be divided into five categories,namely,the research field related to the treatment and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma,the research field of apoptosis and its related mechanisms,the research field of gene expression level and biological behavior in cancer cells,the research field of autophagy and its realization mechanism,and the research field of cell death,ferroptosis and its related mechanisms.Keywords such as immunotherapy,sorafenib,tumor microenvironment,immune checkpoint inhibitors and macrophages would become hot spots and frontiers in the study of hepatocellular carcinoma and apoptosis in the future.Conclusion The number of publications and citations in the field of hepatocellular carcinoma and apoptosis will continue to increase in the future.Immunotherapy,sorafenib,tumor microenvironment,immune checkpoint inhibitors,macrophages,ferroptosis,pyroptosis,and copper death will become hot spots and frontiers in the study of hepatocellular carcinoma and apoptosis in the future.
