新型分析检测方法在羊毛羊绒鉴别中的应用

摘要 绵羊毛、山羊绒的准确鉴别是纤维含量检测的一大技术难题,传统检测方法依靠显微镜通过人工逐根区分鳞片结构、细度等外观形态来鉴别,主观经验严重制约检验效率和数据的稳定性及重现性。近年来,随着各种新型检测技术的发展,飞行时间质谱法、扫描电镜法、基于局部特征词袋模型的鉴别法已逐步应用于羊毛羊绒的检测中。在传统检测技术基础上,重点总结飞行时间质谱法、扫描电镜法、基于局部特征词袋模型的鉴别法等在羊毛羊绒检测方面的发展与应用,为羊毛羊绒检测技术的不断优化发展提供参考。 Accurate identification of sheep wool and cashmere remains a major technical challenge in fiber content detection.Tradi-tional detection methods relied on microscopes for manual discrimination of scale appearance,morphology,fineness,and other details.Subjective experience severely constrained inspection efficiency,data stability,and reproducibility.In recent years,with the advancement of various new detection technologies,methods such as time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry,scanning elec-tron microscopy,and identification based on the bag-of-words model for local features have been applied in wool and cashmere detec-tion.lt focused on summarizing the development and application of these techniques in wool and cashmere detection,aiming to provide references for the continuous optimization and advancement of wool and cashmere detection technology.
