摘要
为了解决锦纶56(PA56)/真丝交织物一浴法同色染色问题,筛选酸性染料、应用同色匀染剂并优化其工艺参数,研究PA56/真丝交织物的同色染色工艺,并测试染色后的PA56/真丝交织物的K/S值、耐水洗牢度、耐摩擦牢度等性能,开发出一套理想的同色染色工艺。结果表明,经该染色工艺处理后织物颜色深度较深,均匀性较好,真丝织物的干摩擦牢度和湿摩擦牢度可以达到4-5级,水洗牢度中褪色牢度达到4级,且基本对真丝织物无沾色。
To solve the one-bath union dyeing problem for nylon 56(PA56)/silk blended fabrics,acidic dyes and union leveling a-gents were screened,and their application process was optimized.The union dyeing process for PA56/silk blended fabrics was investi-gated.The dyed fabrics were then tested for K/S value,washing fastness,and rubbing fastness.An optimal union dyeing process was developed.Results indicate that fabrics treated with this process achieve higher color depth and better uniformity.The dry and wet rubbing fastness of the silk fabric reach grades 4-5,while the color change fastness in washing is above grade 4,with essentially no staining on the silk fabric.
