摘要
本文探讨了决明子色素的提取工艺及其在羊毛染色中的应用。通过在不同时间、温度和乙醇浓度下提取决明子色素,并将提取液用于羊毛染色实验,研究了不同染色条件对织物颜色深度的影响。研究结果显示,最佳提取条件为温度60℃下提取80min,溶剂为50%乙醇水溶液。以此提取液染色羊毛织物,采用染色浴比60:1,pH值5.0,70℃染色60min的条件,可以获得优良的染色效果,此时染色织物的色牢度均达到3级以上。
The extraction process of cassia seed pigment was introduced,and its application in dyeing of wool was discussed.The effects of different dyeing conditions on the color depth of dyed wool fabrics were studied by extracting cassia seed pigment at different time,temperature and ethanol concentration.The results showed that the optimal condition was extracted the pigment with 50%ethanol aqueous solution at 60℃in 80 min.By dyeing wool fabric with a dyeing bath ratio of 60:1,pH 5.0 and 60 min at 70℃,excellent dyeing results could be obtained,and the color fastness of dyed fabrics reached above grade 3.
