摘要
优彩素286是一种无色无味的上浆糊料,应用于丝绸前处理时,具有得色量高、花纹清晰、手感柔软的优点。选择不同质量分数的优彩素286糊料进行上浆处理,测定真丝织物在上浆印花后的线条精细度、K/S值、脱糊率、渗透性和色牢度等指标。试验结果表明:对真丝织物数码印花进行上浆预处理,当优彩素286质量分数为8%时,织物得色量和脱糊率较高,花纹图案清晰,上浆效果最好。
Euchrome 286 is a colorless and tasteless sizing paste.It has the advantages of high color yield,clear pattern,and soft handle when used in silk pretreatment.Euchrome 286 paste with different concentrations are selected for sizing treatment,and the fineness,K/S value,degumming rate,permeability and color fastness of the silk fabrics after sizing and printing are determined.The results show that when the concentration of Euchrome 286 is 8%,the fabric has higher color yield and de-binder rate,clear pattern,and the best sizing effect.
