摘要
水污染给人类可持续发展带来严峻挑战,膜分离技术以其高分离效率、操作简便以及绿色环保等优势,逐渐成为解决这一难题的关键手段之一。贻贝仿生共沉积技术是基于贻贝黏附蛋白研发出的一种新型的界面改性方法,适用于各种基体材料。这种技术具备反应条件温和、改性效率高且黏附性能强等优势。综述近年来基于贻贝仿生技术的发展,特别是聚多巴胺(PDA)在膜制备与应用领域的最新研究成果,系统探讨了PDA作为表面涂层、中间层及选择分离层的作用,包括改善膜的亲水性、抗污染性及选择分离性。同时,分析当前PDA涂层技术存在的问题,并对未来高效PDA改性技术的发展方向进行展望。
Water pollution has brought severe challenges to sustainable development.Membrane separation technology has gradual-ly become one of the key solutions to this problem due to its advantages of high separation efficiency,simple operation,and environ-mental friendliness.Mussel-inspired co-deposition technology,based on mussel adhesion proteins,is a versatile interface modification method suitable for various substrate materials,with distinct advantages including mild reaction conditions,high modification efficien-cy,and strong adhesion.Recent advances in the preparation and application of polydopamine(PDA)in membrane technology were summarized,with its functional roles as a surface coating,intermediate layer,and selective separation layer examined,including im-provements to membrane hydrophilicity,antifouling properties,and selective separation performance.Additionally,the characteristics of PDA coatings were analyzed,and future research trends for efficient PDA modification were prospected.
