摘要
文中基于表面能理论,采用静滴法和蒸气吸附法确定废旧沥青和集料表面能参数,基于GvOC方法计算沥青内聚能及沥青-集料黏附功、剥落功和匹配性指标ER值.结果表明:旧沥青内聚能、与集料黏附功和ER值均较大,随着再生剂的掺加,各评价指标逐渐恢复至新沥青水平,当再生剂掺量为3%~4%时与新沥青相近;当部分再生剂与新沥青融合时,新沥青的内聚能、与集料的黏附功和ER值均下降,说明再生剂对新沥青的黏附性能有负影响;三种石灰岩集料与沥青黏附性能由好到坏依次是石灰岩2>石灰岩3>石灰岩1.
Based on the surface energy theory,the surface energy parameters of waste asphalt and aggregate were determined by static drop method and vapor adsorption method.Based on GvOC method,asphalt cohesive energy,asphalt-aggregate adhesion work,peeling work and matching index ER value were calculated.The results show that the cohesive energy,adhesion work with aggregate and ER value of old asphalt are all large.With the addition of recycling agent,all evaluation indexes gradually return to the level of new asphalt,which is similar to new asphalt when the dosage of recycling agent is 3%~4%.When some regenerants are blended with new asphalt,the cohesive energy,adhesion work with aggregate and ER value of new asphalt decrease,indicating that the regenerants have a negative impact on the adhesion of new asphalt.The adhesion of three kinds of limestone aggregates to asphalt is limestone 2>limestone 3>limestone 1 from good to bad.
