摘要
为了实现检测设备的关键组成构件硬化钢轮的国产化研制,从性能和低成本两方面出发,采用W18Cr4V热处理技术、激光熔覆NiFeMn涂层技术以及热喷涂WC涂层技术,制备出3种高硬度和高耐磨性的硬化钢轮,并对其与原始进口硬化钢轮的硬度、耐磨性及成本进行了测试和对比分析。结果表明,W18Cr4V热处理技术、激光熔覆NiFeMn涂层技术以及热喷涂WC涂层技术3类方案均可提高硬化钢轮的硬度和耐磨性能,且均优于原始进口样件的性能指标。硬度和耐磨性的数值排序为ML03>ML01>ML02>原始进口样件。同时,还分析出W18Cr4V热处理技术是成本最低的方案,最后经实例试验后,W18Cr4V热处理满足耐磨仪的要求,并且优于进口硬化钢轮。
In order to realize the domestic development of hardened steel wheels,which were key components of testing equipment,the three kinds of hardened steel wheels with high hardness and high wear resistance were prepared by using W18Cr4V heat treatment technology,laser cladding NiFeMn coating technology and thermal spraying WC coating technology and from two aspects of performance and low cost.The hardness,wear resistance and cost of the original imported hardened steel wheel and the three kinds of hardened steel wheel were tested and compared.The results showed that the W18Cr4V heat treatment technology,the laser cladding NiFeMn coating technology and the thermal spraying WC coating could improve the hardness and wear resistance of the hardened steel wheel,and they were better than the performance indicators of the original imported samples.The numerical order of hardness and wear resistance was ML03>ML01>ML02>imported original component.At the same time,it was also analyzed that the W18Cr4V heat treatment technology was the lowest cost schemes,finally,after the case test,the W18Cr4V heat treatment met the requirements of wear-resistant instrument,and was better than that of the imported hardened steel wheel.
