超高强韧钢深孔加工切削液循环利用机理研究

Research on Recycling Mechanism of Cutting Fluid for Deep Holes Machining of Ultra-high Strength and Toughness Steel

摘要 基于碳化硅(SiC)无机膜的超高强韧钢深孔加工切削液循环利用新技术,对切削液流体力学与膜过滤过程进行仿真分析,开展SiC无机膜材料在不同酸碱条件下的损耗与耐腐蚀性研究,通过膜通量试验、不同pH值液体通量衰减试验间接反应碳化硅(SiC)无机膜使用寿命等研究,从理论上分析了切削液循环过滤原理、影响因素及过滤效果,确定了碳化硅(SiC)无机膜的孔径与结构、控制系统。 Based on silicon carbide(SiC)inorganic film,a new technology for recycling cutting fluid in deep holes machining of ultra-strong and tough steel was used to simulate the fluid dynamics and membrane filtration process of cutting fluid.We carried out research on the loss and corrosion resistance of SiC inorganic membrane materials under different acidbase conditions,through the membrane flux test,liquid flux attenuation experiment of different pH values to indirectly react silicon carbide(SiC)inorganic membrane life and other studies,theoretically analyzed the principle of cutting fluid circulation filtration,influencing factors and filtration effects,and determined the pore size and structure of silicon carbide(SiC)inorganic membrane,and control system.
