无机膜在气体分离中的研究进展

摘要 在绿色化工理念的引导下,无机膜以化学稳定性好、耐高温、孔径分布窄和分离效率高等优点在化工分离领域崭露头角。针对当前几种热门无机膜材料(无机炭膜、无机陶瓷透氧膜和无机分子筛膜),详细讨论了其研究进展、特性、应用领域以及未来的发展趋势。重点介绍了与这几类无机膜分离性能密切相关的几个关键因素,包括膜结构组成、制备工艺优化以及前驱体选择等。强调了合成过程中的局部膜缺陷形成是大规模生产无机膜的主要挑战之一,综述了无机膜领域抑制缺陷的最新方法。 Guided by the concept of green chemical engineering,inorganic membranes have emerged in the field of chemical separation due to their excellent chemical stability,high temperature resistance,narrow pore size distribution,and high separation efficiency.This paper provided a detailed discussion on the research progress,characteristics,application areas,and future development trends of several popular inorganic membrane materials,including inorganic carbon membranes,inorganic ceramic oxygen-permeable membranes,and inorganic zeolite membranes.It focused on several key factors closely related to the separation performance of these inorganic membranes,including membrane structure composition,optimization of preparation processes,and precursor selection.It emphasized that the formation of membrane defects during the synthesis process was one of the major challenges in the large-scale production of inorganic membranes,and reviewed the latest methods in the field of inorganic membranes to suppress defects.
