摘要
为了满足客户使用要求,成功研发了ZAB 6×36WS+FC(R)-62 mm-1770 MPa钢丝绳,该钢丝绳采用复合芯,破断拉力高,抗挤压性能好,具有良好的柔韧性能。结构设计、生产工艺及各项指标优良,最小破断拉力总和≥3005 kN,钢丝绳在使用过程中股与股之间相互滑动,保持股间隙已经使提高钢丝绳使用寿命、保持股间均匀间隙很不容易,非金属填充使外层股间隙、复合芯股间隙相对均匀性成为可能,使聚合物填充钢丝绳中聚合物实现股机械隔离效果良好。
To meet customer requirements,ZAB6×36WS+FC(R)-62 mm-1770 MPa wire rope has been successfully developed.The wire rope adopts composite core,with high breaking force,good anti extrusion performance,and good flexibility.The structural design,production process,and various indicators are excellent,minimum total breaking force≥3005 kN.During the use of wire rope,mutual sliding between strands ensures that gap between strands is maintained,which makes it difficult to improve service life of wire rope and maintain uniform gap between strands.The nonmetallic fillers makes it possible to achieve relatively uniform gaps between outer layer strands and compound core strands,enabling polymer filled wire rope to achieve good mechanical isolation between strands.
