摘要
针对球形光学零件的光谱特性测试需求,开展了基于分光光度计的标准检测器法以及积分球法的测试方法比对,并通过对测量原理的探索及测试数据的分析,明确了积分球法的适用场景,从而确保了测试数据的准确性和可靠性。
In response to the spectral characteristic testing requirements of spherical optical components,a comparison was conducted between the standard detector method based on a spectrophotometer and the integrating sphere method.Through exploring the measurement principle and analyzing the test data,the applicable scenarios of the integrating sphere method were clarified,thereby ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the test data.
