摘要
为应对新型配电系统负荷多样化产生的用户日益增长和差异化日益凸显的供电可靠性需求,提出一种面向用户定制化需求的节点可靠性提升策略组合优选方法。构建基于影响增量的风险溯源机制,实现各元件对节点指标的贡献分摊快速计算;基于原系统影响量复用与拓扑分析,高效评估各类措施的可靠性增量;引入拮抗系数量化措施间的相互作用,并分析该作用对经济性指标的影响规律,实现方案优选并指导实践。最后,通过算例验证模型有效性。结果表明,所提方法可实现节点可靠性风险溯源,并可在保证精度的前提下,大幅提升节点可靠性增量计算效率;同时,揭示了措施间拮抗效应对可靠性提升效果与经济性的影响规律,可为方案优选及规划实践提供指导意见。
To address the growing and increasingly differentiated power supply reliability demands arising from the load diversification of new distribution systems,an optimal selection method for node reliability enhancement strategy combinations considering customized user demand is proposed in this paper.First,a risk tracing mechanism based on impact increments is developed to enable a rapid calculation of the contribution distribution of each component with respect to node indexes.Second,based on the reuse of impact values of the original system and the topological analysis,the reliability increment of various measures is efficiently evaluated.Third,the antagonistic coefficient is introduced to quantify the interaction effect between measures,and the influence of this effect on economic indexes is analyzed,enabling the optimal selection of schemes and practical guidance.Finally,a case study is used to validate the model’s effectiveness.Results demonstrate that the proposed method can trace the node reliability risk,significantly improve the calculation efficiency of node reliability increment while ensuring the accuracy,and reveal the influence of antagonistic effects between measures on reliability enhancement and economic performance,providing valuable guidance for the optimal selection of schemes and planning practice.
