摘要
针麻临床实践的一个关键问题是镇痛不全。研究针刺镇痛原理,设法提高针刺镇痛效应,可为提高临床针麻效果提供理论依据。近年来的动物实验资料反复证明,针刺镇痛与脑内5-羟色胺能神经原系统功能密切有关。
In order to find ways for enhancing the clinical effectiveness of acupuncture analgesia,insulin was injected in rats to see its effect on lip-acupuncture analgesia.It turned out that both the level of cerebral serotonin(5-HT)and the effect on lip-acupuncture analgesia were raised.Further,it was found that lip-acupuncture,analgesic effect would be more pronounced if glucose was injected in combination with insulin.This shows that both insulin and electro-acupuncture can activate the matabolic process of converting plasma tryptophan into cerebral serotonin(5-HT)and they will act in synergism.
