绿色低碳背景下动车组二等座椅轻量化方向探讨

摘要 列车座椅作为车厢内的重要部件,其轻量化研究有助于动车组节能降耗与运输效率提升。选择动车组内数量占比较高的二等座椅作为研究对象,对其开展实物物理参数测量和三维数据模拟建模,将座椅的形态与特性进行数字化呈现。借助拓扑分析手段深度剖析座椅靠背骨架及扶手骨架的结构特征,探讨轻量化优化可能性,精准锁定座椅结构中具备改良提升空间的关键部位,进而从材料革新与工艺精进2个维度探索座椅轻量化的多元路径,为轨道车载部件轻量化发展提供参考。 As an important part in the carriage,the research on light weight of the train seat is helpful to the energy saving of EMU and the improvement of transportation efficiency.The second-class seats with a relatively high number of EMU seats are selected as the research object,and physical parameters measurement and 3D data simulation modeling are carried out on them,and the shape and characteristics of seats are presented digitally.On this basis,with the help of advanced topological analysis methods,the structural characteristics of the seat back skeleton and armrest skeleton are deeply analyzed,the potential lightweight optimization is explored,and the key parts of the seat structure that have room for improvement and improvement are accurately locked,and then the multiple paths of seat lightweight are explored from two dimensions of material innovation and process improvement.It provides reference for the development of lightweight components of rail vehicle.
