摘要
本文对双转子压气机试验件的结构布局进行了分析,提出了相关的设计难点和措施。根据过渡段的连接形式提出了刚性连接和柔性连接两种结构方案布局。对于刚性连接布局,过渡段可保持与发动机一致,该方案设计难度和风险较高;对于柔性连接布局,试验件可简化为两套常规压气机试验件的设计,但过渡段与发动机存在差异。
The structural layout of a dual-rotor compressor test rig was analyzed,and the related design difficulties and measures were put forward.According to the connection form between the LPC and HPC,two structural layouts,rigid connection and flexible connection,are proposed.For the rigid connection layouts,the design of the transition section can be consistent with the engine,while the design difficulty and risk of this layout are lager.For the flexible connection layouts,the design of the dual-rotor compressor test rig can be simplified to the design of a LPC test rig and a HPC test rig,but the transition section need to be redesigned and evaluated.
