氨基寡糖素作为一种环保生物农药,其应用、发展前景广阔。重点梳理了农药氨基寡糖素的中国专利,并从专利保护和技术发展的双重视角进行了剖析,旨在为氨基寡糖素农药领域应用的后续技术研发和专利保护提供参考。
As an eco-friendly biopesticide,chitosan oligosaccharide exhibits broad application potential and promising development prospects.This study systematically reviewed Chinese patents related to chitosan oligosaccharide-based pesticides,analyzing them from dual perspectives of patent protection and technological advancement.The findings aim to provide references for subsequent R&D and intellectual property strategies in this field.
