摘要
目的探讨亚低温护理在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2023年3月至2024年5月于本院诊治的40例HIE患儿作为研究对象,经随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组实施常规护理策略,观察组在此基础上实施亚低温护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的惊厥改善时间、意识恢复时间、肌张力恢复时间、反射恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的新生儿行为神经评分量表(NBNA)评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的康复总有效率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论亚低温护理在新生儿HIE中的应用效果显著,可有效缩短恢复时间,改善神经行为功能,减轻炎症反应,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of mild hypothermia nursing in newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods A total of 40 children with HIE diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing strategy,and the observation group was given mild hypothermia nursing intervention on this basis.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The convulsion improvement time,consciousness recovery time,muscle tension recovery time and reflex recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment(NBNA)score of the two groups was higher than that before intervention,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the level of interleukin-17(IL-17)in the two groups was lower than that before intervention,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The mild hypothermia nursing in newborns with HIE has a significant application effect,which can effectively shorten the recovery time,improve the neurobehavioral function,relieve the inflammatory response,and reduce the incidence of complications.
