摘要
为了解决现有餐椅使用周期短、难以适应婴童不同成长阶段的问题。首先,采用用户访谈与调查问卷方法,对0至3岁婴幼儿在“0~6个月”“6~18个月”和“18个月以上”3个成长阶段的需求进行调研与分析;然后利用KANO模型对用户需求进行分类;接着,运用AHP层次分析法构建需求层次模型,并通过需求权重计算确定各阶段的优先级需求:“0~6个月”阶段以舒适性为首要需求;“6~18个月”阶段优先关注稳定性;“18个月以上”阶段核心需求为多功能调节。基于分析结果,开展成长型儿童餐椅的设计实践并制作样品。通过用户评估验证产品的可行性,用户在餐椅各评估维度的满意值均超过了3.5分,证实了设计成果符合用户预期。
In order to solve the problem that the existing dining chairs have a short service life and are difficult to adapt to different growth stages of infants and children.First,user interviews and questionnaires were used to investigate and analyze the needs of infants and young children aged 0 to 3 years old in the three growth stages of"0-6 months","6-18 months"and"over 18 months".Then the KANO model was used to classify user needs.Next,the AHP hierarchical analysis method was used to construct a demand hierarchy model,and the priority needs of each stage were determined by demand weight calculation:comfort is the primary need in the"0-6 months"stage;stability is the priority in the"6-18 months"stage;and the core need in the"over 18 months"stage is multi-functional adjustment.Based on the analysis results,the design practice of growth-type children's dining chairs was carried out and samples were produced.The feasibility of the product was verified through user evaluation,and the user satisfaction values in each evaluation dimension of the dining chair exceeded 3.5 points,confirming that the design results met user expectations.
