摘要
为了提高社区养老服务App的易用性,使其能满足老年人的功能需求,文章基于KANO-AHP法计算各功能的优先级权重,分析老年人对功能的核心需求,得出面向老年用户的社区养老服务App设计策略,重点优化App内容体量与功能分类逻辑,产出App功能设计效果图作为设计实践。以期为社区养老服务App的功能设计提供策略指导与设计参考,有助于从功能设计方面优化用户体验,提高老年人对该类App的满意度。
In order to improve the usability of community elderly care service App,make it meet the functional needs of the elderly,this paper calculates the priority weight of each function based on the ANO-AHP method,analyzes the core needs of the elderly for functions,and obtains the design strategy of community elderly care service App for the elderly users.Focus on optimizing App content volume and function classification logic,and produce App function design renderings as design practice.In order to provide strategic guidance and design reference for the functional design of community elderly care service App,it is helpful to optimize user experience from the aspect of functional design and improve the satisfaction of the elderly on this kind of App.
