摘要
为了更好地满足校园物流机器人的用户需求以及解决其在工作中遇到的作业安全问题,提出了一种以KJ、FAHP和QFD理论为基础的物流机器人创新设计方法。首先,通过深入的用户调研与访谈,运用KJ模型细致整理并划分出用户需求的三级关键词体系,借助FAHP模型对需求进行量化处理与权重排序。其次,运用QFD质量屋模型将用户需求转化为具体的产品功能结构,并对这些功能结构再次进行权重排序,以确保设计重点的精准聚焦,指导设计原则并实践。该设计流程能够有效解决校园物流中存在的问题,全面满足了用户多样化需求,同时紧跟行业发展趋势,可为未来相关物流机器人的设计提供理论及应用实践提供参考。
In order to better meet the user needs of campus logistics robots and solve the operational safety problems encountered in their work,an innovative design method for logistics robots based on KJ,FAHP and QFD theories are proposed.Firstly,through in-depth user research and interviews,the KJ model is used to carefully sort out and classify the three-level keyword system of user requirements,and the FAHP model is used to quantify and rank the requirements.Secondly,the QFD quality house model is used to transform the user requirements into specific product functional structures,and these functional structures are weighted again to ensure the precise focus of the design and to guide the design principles and practices.Finally,the FCE method is used to evaluate the design solution to ensure that the design is effectively optimised.The design process can effectively solve the problems in campus logistics,comprehensively meet the diversified needs of users,and at the same time follow the industry development trend,which can provide a reference for the future design of related logistics robots in theory and application practice.
