用户需求驱动下的病区物流机器人服务系统设计 被引量:7

摘要 为协助医护人员开展病区服务工作,提升患者临床康复体验,提出基于用户需求的产品服务系统设计方法。以病区场景下的物流机器人服务系统为研究对象,采用模糊Kano模型和熵权法确定用户需求类型及优先级;结合用户关键需求,进行产品外观与结构、人机交互模式及产品信息显示的设计改进,并采用逼近理想解排序法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution,TOPSIS)评估设计方案的可行性。研究结果表明:采用定量和定性相结合的设计方法有利于提升服务系统设计的客观性和准确性,为同类产品的服务系统设计提供参考。 To assist medical staff to carry out ward service and enhance the clinical rehabilitation experience of patients,an design method of product service system was proposed based on user requirements.Taking the logistics robot service system under the scene of ward as the research object,the fuzzy Kano model and entropy weight method were performed to determine the user requirement type and priority.Combined with the key user requirements,the scheme improvement was carried out:product appearance and structure,human-computer interaction mode and product information display.Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)was used to evaluate the feasibility of the design scheme.The results showed that the combination of quantitative and qualitative design method was conducive to improve the objectivity and accuracy of the service system design,and could provide references for the service system design of similar products.
