基于OBE的民办高校教学质量评价体系研究

摘要 成果导向教育(OBE)作为以学生能力产出为核心的教育范式,为民办高校教学质量评价体系提供了创新路径。立足民办院校应用型人才培养定位,构建“目标确立-过程监控-反馈调节-质量提升”四位一体的教学质量动态监测体系,创新性地融合PDCA循环理论形成“计划-实施-监测-改进”闭环管理机制,并通过引入行业企业、毕业生及第三方机构构建多元评价主体的质量评价体系。要加强OBE观念与高等教育改革政策的衔接,完善师资培养、校企资源整合等保证体系,使教学质量评估由“形式合规”转向“实效导向”。 Outcome Based Education(OBE),as an educational paradigm centered on stu-dent ability output,provides an innovative path for the teaching quality evaluation system in private universities.Based on the positioning of application-oriented talent training in private colleges,this study constructs a dynamic teaching quality monitoring system according to PDCA cycle theory,so as to realize the closed-loop management mechanism of"plan-ning-implementation-monitoring-improvement".what's more,industry enterprises,graduates and third-party institutions are also introduced to build the quality evaluation system with multiple evaluation subjects.It is suggested to strengthen the connection between the OBE concept and higher education reform policies,improve the guarantee system for teacher training and school-enterprise resources integration,and shift the teaching quality evaluation focus from formal compliance to practical effectiveness.
