产业需求背景下职业本科教育人才培养定位探究 被引量:1

Exploration on the Talent Cultivation Orientation of Vocational Undergraduate Education under the Background of Industrial Demand

摘要 推动职业本科教育稳步发展是促进国家经济高质量发展和健全职业教育体系的基础。准确把握人才培养定位,凸显职业本科教育鲜明的类型特色,是打通职业教育学位层次的“关键一公里”。面对当前职业本科教育培养定位模糊不清、缺乏长远规划的困境,需要注重顶层设计,进行高起点和高标准的统筹规划,强化内涵建设,突出职业本科教育类型特色;优化课程体系,明确职业本科教育人才培养定位;深化产教融合,提升职业本科教育的技术适应能力;完善师资队伍建设,保障职业本科教育培养质量,推动职业本科教育与产业发展的深度融合。 Promoting the steady development of vocational undergraduate education is fundamental for boosting the high-quality development of the national economy and improving the vocational education system.Accurately grasping the talent cultivation orientation and highlighting the distinct characteristics of vocational undergraduate education represent the"crucial step"in bridging the hierarchy gap within vocational education degrees.Facing the current dilemmas of vague cultivation orientation and insufficient long-term planning in vocational undergraduate education,it is necessary to focus on top-level design,carry out overall planning with high standards,strengthen connotative construction to highlight the unique attributes of vocational undergraduate education;optimize the curriculum system to clarify the talent cultivation orientation of vocational undergraduate education;deepen the integration of industry and education to enhance the technical adaptability of vocational undergraduate education;and improve the construction of teaching staff to ensure the cultivation quality of vocational undergraduate education and promote the profound integration between vocational undergraduate education and industrial development.
