摘要
探讨ET在先兆早产发病过程中的作用。用放射免疫法测定 30例先兆早产妇女和 2 8例同孕周正常妊娠妇女 ,30例足月孕临产后潜伏期妇女 ,2 5例正常非孕期妇女外周血浆中内皮素 - 1(ET - 1)含量。妊娠妇女血浆ET - 1显著高于正常非孕组 ,先兆早产组、潜伏期组显著高于正常孕周组 ,先兆早产组与潜伏期组无显著差异。提示 :ET - 1可能在分娩发动中起着重要的作用 ,先兆早产可能与孕妇血浆ET - 1水平增高有关。
Obcective:To study the efictionof endotheline in threatened Premature deliverty.Methods:Plasma endotheline-1(ET-1) was measured in 30 threatened premature delivery,30 cases of term latent women,28 cases of normal pregnancy and 25 cases of normal nonpregrancy women.preformend with RI.Result:The plasma ET-1 were signifcantly higher than normal nonprognancy women.The ET-1 concentations were signifcantly higher than the normal pregnant in theatened pregmature delivery women.the ET-1 levels were similar tolatent period in threatened premature delivery momen.Conclusions:ET-1 may play an important role in initiation of labour.Threatened premature delivery may be relative to ET-1 rise.
