摘要
生成式人工智能赋能高职课堂教学评价的价值主要体现在有助于高职课堂教学评价更贴合新时期教育教学发展目标,有利于以教师为主导构建智能信息采集体系,有利于促进教与学现场的证据化诊断与反馈。反思当前的发展,生成式人工智能赋能高职课堂教学评价也存在一些风险,主要表现在:应用可能僭越教育主体尊严、智能评价数据挖掘可能违反信息道德界限、智能评价算法的偏误可能破坏教学决策的质量与公平性。应对上述风险,必须确保算法设计者的“两栖性”,保障师生教育自由与隐私安全,加强对生成式人工智能技术应用的监管和规范,达成智能技术旨归,培育“智慧”教师,彰显“人师”的独特价值,以构建智能化、高质量、公平的教学评价体系,推动高等职业教育的可持续发展。
The value of empowering vocational classroom teaching evaluation with generative artificial intelligence mainly lies in beneficial for vocational classroom teaching evaluation to be more in line with the development goals of education and teaching in the new era,for the construction of an intelligent information collection system led by teachers,and for promoting evidence-based diagnosis and feedback in teaching and learning scenes.Reflecting on the current development,the application of generative artificial intelligence in empowering vocational college classroom teaching evaluation still violates the dignity of the educational subject,intelligent evaluation data mining violating ethical boundaries,and intelligent evaluation algorithms being biased and damaging the quality and fairness of teaching decisions in vocational college classroom teaching evaluation empowered by generative artificial intelligence.To achieve this,it is necessary to ensure that algorithm designers have“amphibious”capabilities,reasonably guarantee the freedom and privacy security of teacher and student education,strengthen the supervision and regulation of the application of generative artificial intelligence technology,achieve the goal of intelligent technology,cultivate"wise"teachers,demonstrate the unique value of“paragon teachers”,and build an intelligent,high-quality,and fair teaching evaluation system to promote the sustainable development of higher vocational education.
