新质生产力视域下高职院校数字化人才培养的困境与对策 被引量:4

Dilemmas and Countermeasures of Cultivating Digital Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces

摘要 数字经济和数字技术是赋能新质生产力的关键要素,其中,数字化人才是推动数字产业化和产业数字化的核心动力,在新质生产力的培育与发展过程中发挥着决定性作用。新质生产力需要大量面向国家战略、服务产业升级的复合型、创新型、高技能型人才。因此,高职院校数字化人才培养目标应聚焦数据驱动决策、人机交互协同、跨界融合创新及持续自我学习等核心素养。然而当前高职院校数字化人才培养面临三大困境:社会认知偏差、供需结构失衡和产教融合不足,高职院校应通过重塑与时俱进的人才价值理念,构建供需匹配的人才培养体系,在实践中,依托数字产业生态深化教育链、人才链与产业链三链协同,全面提升产教融合的效果,为新质生产力的发展奠定坚实的人才基础。 Digital economy and data technology play a crucial role in enabling new quality productive forces with digital talents serving as the core driving force behind the digital industrialization and the industrial digitalization.Higher vocational education,as the main platform for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,bears an important mission in developing digital professionals.This paper systematically reviewed three major practical challenges of social cognitive biases,imbalanced supply and demand,and insufficient integration of industry and education in digital talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.To address these issues,it proposed that specific measures need to be taken to reshape talent value concepts in pace with the times,establish a talent cultivation system aligned with supply and demand,and leverage the digital industrial ecosystem to deepen the integration of education,talent,and industry chains,to comprehensively enhance the effectiveness of industry-education integration and solidify the talent foundation for the development of new quality productive forces.
