摘要
时间不仅是一种客观存在,更是一种权力规训工具,时间具有政治性。在变革加速的社会情境下,高校青年教师面临组织时间下的序时重置、制度时间下的效率复刻、社会时间下的竞速游戏等困境,时间挤占、时间压缩、时间恐慌成为青年教师职业发展的时间焦虑表征。行政权力通过时间规训逻辑、时间压力与激励机制使青年教师内化时间规则并形成“时间习惯”,导致了高校青年教师的自我剥削、过度劳动等“时间行为”。纾解高校青年教师时间焦虑措施包括:转变科层治理时间观,重塑时间序列;完善青年教师时间保障制度机制,尊重学术时间;回归本真时间,重构时间节奏。
Time is political in nature,as an objective existence and a tool for regulating power.In the context of increasingly accelerated social shift,young university teachers are facing the time dilemma of professional development that involves chronological reset under disciplinary time,efficiency replication under institutional time,and racing games under social time,to be reflected in time anxiety of time squeezing,time compression,and time panic.Administrative power,in the logic of time regulation,time pressure and incentive mechanisms,enables young teachers to internalize time rules to form time habits,shaping time behaviors such as self exploitation and overwork in universities.To alleviate young university teachers’time anxiety to overcome time constraints,it is necessary to reshape the time series and clarify the scope of teacher responsibilities,respect academic time to improve time system guarantees,and return to the true time to reconstruct the rhythm of self-time.
