摘要
为适应生物技术的迅猛发展,“基因检测技术及应用”课程的教学改革应以行业需求为导向,优化课程结构,实现理论与实践的深度融合。改革重点包括更新教学内容、增加实践教学、引入产学研合作模式,并通过案例分析、模拟实验和企业合作提升学生的操作技能水平与问题解决能力。同时,加强教师培训和行业交流,重视职业道德与伦理教育,融入跨学科知识,创新实验教学方法,引入国际研究成果,拓宽学生的国际视野。以期构建适应时代发展的课程体系,提高学生的综合素质和专业技能,为基因检测行业培养专业人才,促进教育与产业的融合。
This article explores the teaching reform of the Gene Detection Technology and Application course,which is oriented towards industry demands and aims to optimize the course structure and achieve deep integra-tion of theory and practice.The reform focuses on updating teaching content,increasing practical teaching,and in-troducing industry-university-research cooperation models.It also enhances students’operational skills and problem-solving abilities through case studies,simulated experiments,and enterprise cooperation.Additionally,the reform emphasizes strengthening teacher training and industry exchanges,emphasizing professional ethics and ethics education,integrating interdisciplinary knowledge,innovating experimental teaching methods,and in-troducing international research results to broaden students’international perspectives.These measures have es-tablished a curriculum system that adapts to the development of the times,improved students’comprehensive quality and professional skills,cultivated professionals for the gene detection industry,and promoted the integra-tion of education and industry.
