Study on the Adhesion of Asphalt-aggregate Interface Considering the Whole Adhesion Process

摘要 沥青-集料间的黏附性是决定沥青路面性能和耐久性的关键因素,为准确分析沥青与集料黏附性形成机理,从熔融沥青和常温沥青与集料的黏附性形成全过程开展研究,选取代表性的四种集料和两种沥青,使用挂线法、挂片法试验确定高温熔融沥青-集料浸润功,采用状态方程理论计算常温固态沥青-集料黏附功,使用拉拔强度作为评价沥青-集料间的界面黏附性的宏观指标,并建立拉拔强度与浸润功、黏附功关系模型,该模型的拟合优度为0.96,能够有效的评价沥青-集料间的界面黏附性能. The adhesion between asphalt and aggregate is the key factor to determine the performance and durability of asphalt pavement.In order to accurately analyze the mechanism of adhesion formation between asphalt and aggregate,the whole process of adhesion formation between molten asphalt and aggregate at room temperature was studied.Four kinds of representative aggregates and two kinds of asphalt were selected,and the infiltration work of high temperature molten asphalt-aggregate was determined by hanging line method and hanging sheet method.The state equation theory was used to calculate the adhesion work of solid asphalt-aggregate at room temperature,and the drawing strength was used as a macro index to evaluate the interfacial adhesion between asphalt and aggregate.The relationship model between drawing strength and wetting work and adhesion work was established,and the goodness of fit of the model was 0.96,which could effectively evaluate the interfacial adhesion between asphalt and aggregate.
