摘要
针对常规半柔性路面材料(SFP)中大孔隙沥青混合料基体-灌浆料刚度相差较大、界面黏结力不足等问题,提出通过协调基体-灌浆料之间的刚度、提高基体-灌浆料界面的黏结性能及采用冷拌工艺来提升半柔性路面材料的整体性能。将树脂乳化沥青改性灌浆料灌入冷拌高韧树脂作为胶结料的大孔隙基体中,研发了一种路用性能优异的树脂基半柔性路面材料(ESFP)。最后对研发的ESFP进行了一系列研究,将ESFP与SFP的性能进行了比较。结果表明:相较于SFP材料,ESFP的动稳定度受温度影响最小;马歇尔稳定度提升了2倍以上;弯拉应变提升了1.8倍;改性灌浆料与树脂混合料界面的平均拉拔强度是素水泥砂浆的2.2倍;冷拌高韧树脂与树脂乳化沥青的引入,使得基体与灌浆料模量“一增一减”,缩小了ESFP两部件之间的刚度差距,增加了基体-灌浆料界面黏结性能,提升了半柔性路面材料的抗裂性能。
To address the issues of significant differences in stiffness and insufficient interfacial bonding between the matrix and grout of large pore asphalt mixtures in conventional semi flexible pavement materials(SFP),it is proposed to improve the overall performance of semi flexible pavement materials by coordinating the stiffness between the matrix grouting material,enhancing the bonding performance of the matrix grouting material interface,and adopting cold mixing technology.A resin based semi flexible pavement material(ESFP)with excellent road performance is developed by injecting resin emulsified asphalt modified grouting material into the large pore matrix of cold mixed high toughness resin as the binder.Finally,a series of studies are conducted on the developed ESFP,comparing its performance with SFP.The results indicate that compared to SFP materials,the dynamic stability of ESFP is least affected by temperature;Marshall stability has increased by more than 2 times;the bending and tensile strain are increased by 1.8 times;the average tensile strength of the interface between modified grouting material and resin mixture is 2.2 times that of plain cement mortar;the introduction of cold mix high toughness resin and resin emulsified asphalt results in an increase and decrease in the modulus of the matrix and grouting material,narrowing the stiffness gap between the two components of ESFP,increasing the interfacial bonding performance between the matrix and grouting material,and improving the crack resistance of semi flexible pavement materials.
