摘要
为推动体育跨“圈”、形成赛事入“圈”,实现赛事“流量”转为经济“增量”,构建文体旅深度融合发展新业态、新场景、新模式、新服务,研究新时代文体旅深度融合背景下体育赛事“三进”活动,既是实现共同富裕目标的核心要义,也是形成“赛事+”双循环新发展格局的关键抓手。基于文献资料与逻辑分析等方法,探究体育赛事“三进”活动在生态与文化IP协同赋能、社区治理与社会关系双向重构、供给场景与消费潜力创新激活的价值意蕴,以及国家治理现代化、人本城市具象化、生态文明场景化、文化自信主流化下“三进”活动形成的理论逻辑;结合对体育赛事“三进”活动在景区、街区、商圈开展的现实困境的分析,打造“低干预—高附加值”景区赛事绿色发展模式,构建“共建—共治—共享”街区赛事协同发展模式,完善“流量—数据—资本”商圈赛事增值发展模式等。
In order to promote sports across the“circle”,form events into the“circle”,achieve the event“flow”to the economic“increment”,build new for-mats,new scenes,new models and new services for the deep integration of cultural and sports tourism.The study of sports events“three into”activities under the background of the deep integration of cultural and sports tourism in the new era is not only the core of achieving common prosperity goal,but also the key to form the new pattern of“events+”double cycle development.Based on the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper explored the value implica-tions of sports events“three entry”activities in ecological and cultural IP collaborative empowerment,two-way reconstruction of community governance and social relations,supply scenarios and consumption potential innovation and activation,as well as the theoretical logic of the formation of“three entry”activi-ties under the modernization of national governance,the embodiment of humanistic cities,the scenario of ecological civilization and the mainstream of cultur-al confidence;Combined with the analysis of the practical difficulties of sports events“three entry”activities in scenic spots,blocks and business districts,the paper proposes to create a“low intervention-high added value”green development mode of scenic spots,build a“co construction-co governance-co shar-ing”block events collaborative development mode,and improve the“flow-data-capital”business district events value-added development mode.
