摘要
“熏肤”一词首见于《黄帝内经》,原指上焦宣发布散由脾胃运化而来的水谷精微,以温煦肌肤。气液源于刘完素“玄府气液”学说,若外邪入侵,使玄府郁闭,致气液不能升降,熏蒸肌肤,发为痤疮。上焦心肺宣发布散气液,中焦脾胃化生气液,下焦肝主疏泄气机,肾为周身气化提供原动力,三焦为元气水液通行的道路,三焦气化利则气液畅。基于“熏肤”理论从气液角度论治痤疮,重点是从三焦调节气液,畅达气液循行,避免气液停滞而熏肤成痤。临证应内治脏腑,外调气液,恢复气液正常运行,使浊去而津液通,则郁热得消,肌肤得养,痤疮自然痊愈。
The term"Xun Fu"was first mentioned in Huang Di Nei Jing,which originally refers to the Upper Jiao dispersing the essence of water and grains transported by the Spleen and Stomach to warm the skin.The term of Qi and Fluid originated from Liu Wansu′s"Xuan Fu Qi Ye"theory,which says that if the evil factor invasion causes the sweating pore closed the Qi and Fluid cannot go up or down normally and starts the fumigation of the skin,hence acne comes out.The Heart and Lung of the Upper Jiao dispersing Qi and Fluid,the Spleen and Stomach of the Middle Jiao producing Qi Ye,the Liver of the Lower Jiao regulating and activating Qi and Fluid,the Kidney working as the driving force of Qi Hua of the whole body,the Three Jiao functioning for the passage of the Yuan Qi and Water,based on which smooth Qi Hua can be realized.Based on the theory of"Xun Fu",the treatment of acne from the perspective of Qi and Fluid,focusing on the regulation of Qi and Fluid from the Three Jiao to bring about smooth Qi and Fluid circulation,to avoid stagnation of Qi and Fluid Xun Fu,leading to acne.In clinical practice,in ternal treatment of Zang and Fu and external regulation of Qi and Fluid should be applied to restore the normal operation of Qi and Fluid,so that the turbidity can be removed and the Fluid passage can be dredged,then the stagnant Heat can be eliminated,the skin can be nourished,and the acne would naturally be cured.
